Owner treated us like scum!

Bought my husband a new wedding ring and it was one size too big , phoned the lady and she said a new one will arrive in 3 days. After 3 days we went into the store where the owner was so rude treated us like scum and told us she doesnt know where the lady got her info from as it will take 15 at least ! He was so rude ! I didnt spend R20 000 but im still a customer ! Bad attitude!
