If I could give -5 stars, this would be the case. I have bought items on homechoice online store and money was deducted on my account for this transaction, according to them after numerous unsuccessful phone calls and emails nothing ‘reflects’ on their side. I have sent the pop, I have called, emailed and no one has responded since over a month ago. I will most definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Worst service EVER!!!
I bought a ring on the 03-08-2022 for the amount of R25975.00 at this specific jewellery store and since then 3 stones have fallen out. After the first stone fell out I had to go back and pay for this stone to be fitted after it not even being 3 months old. Nevertheless I had to go back a second time for the second stone that fell out for the ring to be sent in for repairs to which they told me it would take 7 days and they are sending it to a better goldsmith to the repair. After more than 14 days of waiting I had to phone them to get feedback about my ring, just to find out that the ring has come back the day before already, but it is no use for me coming in to pick the ring up as another stone has fallen out. At this stage I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with the whole situation and with the ring that keeps “breaking” and that I want a full refund as I only had the ring in my possession for 2 weeks at most for the rest it was with the jewellers. Not only was the manager extremely rude saying that I will not get a refund and I can collect my ring as it is “fixed”. I have requested on numerous occasions to speak to the owner directly but keep being refused. For this amount of money you would expect a proper ring as was sold to me as white gold and not silver as they are now suddenly referring to and that they would pay me my money back but refuse to do so. I would be very careful doing business with this establishment unless you want to end up utterly disappointed on your engagement/wedding day.
