Horrible Experience

Martin and his team at the Richards Bay Branch have the worst service! They show zero respect for their job or take any responsibility for their negligence. They never answer their phone or reply to emails. My important documents have been stuck at the Dirco for more than 2 months because "It's not their fault they haven't been collected". I regret using this courier and I advise anyone to think twice before they use Postnet.
