Postnet is a sham

Postnet is getting as bad as the Post Office. A parcel (very urgent, with insurance on it) was sent off from Bedford View branch on Feb 25. We still have not received it and they basically cannot tell me where it is. The waybill only shows it was created at the branch and the lady there guarantees the parcel was collected. But there is no record of it after that.

The phone number on the website means nothing, the FB messenger only gets answered while your message is on the page and thereafter no-one cares about it.

You are making thousands of rands and delivering worse service than the ******* and bankrupt SA Postal service.

It's a disgrace and the SA public just do not have a solution anymore for the poor service delivery we are forced to live with.
