Postnet Kolonade

I visited PostNet at Kolonnade Mall yesterday to ship an item, but unfortunately I was missing a reference number on my side. Even though I couldn’t complete the shipment at the time, the gentleman who assisted me was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the process.

He even kindly lent me his phone so I could contact the person I was sending the parcel to. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I would like to commend him for his excellent attitude and outstanding service. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.
