Did this client request a paid-up letter, before taking his issue to Hello Peter?
No record of him requesting a paid-up letter from Power Finance is found on the system. If he would have, and all his outstanding loan accounts been paid in full and cleared, he would have received a paid-up letter the same day that he requested it via email.
When an account is closed with Power Finance SA, the ITC clearance is requested from the Global ITC Company which could take up to 30 days to clear, in the process.
For starters, I need to receive his request via Email with his full details and ID number, which branch he visited, and when he applied for the loans with the amounts of each loan, to see if he is or isn't in Debt with Power Finance SA.
* If his account is paid in full and cleared, he will receive the paid-up letter during the day his request is received.
* If his account is in debt, he needs to settle his balance first with the Collection Company.
