i am on a chat on whatsapp with an agent call Khayalethu..yhooooooooo I have never ever been expoase to the kind service that is so patronizing and sarcastic like this...i am shocked beyond words. I has a son that is in matric, I am working from home...he tells me " as a peson who also works from home I make sure that I have a simcard that has data"...and this is one of many things he said on the chat, but this one takes the cup. That comment on it's own makes his company look bad to me and that he called it " giving me an alternative" that's what makes me soo mad. you are giving me an alternative while i paid for your service? likde how? to top it off this guy tells me that they will be cancelling the service with me as their people are being ****** in my area and one got shot and these people are bread winners in their homes...Yhoo I cannot believe this, what am I at my home? a ****in winner? and he tells me that if he cancells it will take upto 3 weeks to get a refund, while i'm questioning the cancellation process and the long turnaround, I get a cancellation notification...haaaaa the guy went ahead and cancelled without me consenting to this as yet...i'm still questioning their process...he tells me that he was following process by cancelling without me consenting to this..so I ask now that you have cancelled how am I going to work, should I lose my Job wht will become of my family as i cannot wait for 3 weeks to get another company...coz i need the money that is with them to get new connection as I dont have money. He tells me he was following process and there is nothing he can do, he had to cancel my connection. I'm shocked beyond words.
My score has gone down with a whole 7 because of an enquiry done by Nedbank which I did not authroize..Can you please shed some lights on this as i am very upset about it. I'm trying to build my score and you guys just decide to reduce it?
I had a chat with Sandiso Solontsi who had no personal touch, what so ever. He was not even willing to listen to me to a point that he kept giving me incorrect information. he first told me he could not assist me as I was under debit review and gave me a company that I should call and quickly said that he can't assist me. After I told him numerous times that I'm not under debt review he came up with another excuse of not being able to assist me with an arrangement. I decided to do it online and successfully. I have never come never COME ACCROSS SUCH A COLD consultant at DMC. He was even rude, showed no interest..what so ever
I had a loan with Power Finance that I paid up, the company updated experian the account is showing under closed accounts and under ACTIVE accounts. I have experian to fix this, however they are refusing but the account is closed and open at the same time on my profile. I'm not sure what I need to do now as I need to fix my profile. Good day I bought a takkie for my son on the 28/07/2023 at Woolworths in Howard Centre Pinelands. I have stopped my child from wearing the takkies because they no longer close, plus there is a torn part on the top part of one of the takkies. I have tried to return the takkie to the shop but they refused because I no longer have the slip. I trusted woolworths and never thought for a second that the quality would be like this so I never kept the slip. I paid a good amount for these takkies because i trusted they would be of good quality. look at the bottom sides of the takkie , clearly you can see that it was not worn a lot. The sides are not slanted. Top part that's torn, it was first a bubble then it tore. image.png Look at the bottom, clearly these takkies were not worn a lot for them to look like they do. image.png look at how it won't close, the seal part goes loose and makes him fall all the time which is why I don't put the takkies on him anymore coz it's a bit dangerous for him now. Your prompt response will be appreciated because I don't understand how this works as I have seen a white lady here in Howard centre take a worn item back with no slip and they were assisted, Why can't I be? because I also paid. This company refuses to give a paid up letter and they wont update it on credit bureau. It shows my loan as active but I paid this loan already.
Good day On the 26/07/2022 around 16:05 pm, I was at Site B clinic with my son who was ill. I went at that time to the clinic as I was called to come back because my son fell ill. When I arrived at the clinic the children's side was closed and I was referred to trauma side, and when I got there I was Informed that I need to go and get a Folder. So i go to the side where i was told to get the Folder from, There were 3 ladies on the other side.I put my son's clinic book on the RED window, which is where i was told i should put his card in the previous times when i visited the clinic. Those ladies were walking up and down, looking at me as I was the only one sitting tin the area at the time. They could see the clinic book but they simply ignored me for a good 20 minutes. I asked this one lady who's name is Chulumanco Chaka when I could get assistance and her response to me was " If you just came in and out the card where you want to put it while we sit here how will we assist you?" I told her that every me I come to the Clinic i'm told to put the card in the relevant window and wait and that is what i have had. She started speaking in a very degrading manner about how we come to the clinic and want to do our own things and I will sit there forever if i dont bring the card to her. Well my question to her was " Why did you let me sit here for this long, why did you not tell me to bring the booklet to you? SHe disputed what I was saying and I took the booklet to her and she told me to take the book and keep it on me and she will tell me when I can give it to her. At that point I got very upset and told her I cannot wait for them after they let me wait for 20minutes, I was the only one there, they had no one else to assist but I must wait more? I left the book there and started my way to see the matron or whoever is incharge. A security guard stopped me and assisted me to a point of telling me what the process is to a point of getting Folder for me from Chulumanco who was extremely rude and unprofessional, She has no empathy what so ever, one would expect a better treatment from a person who works in the clinic. She was laughing loud and telling me that I can complain all that I want an I should tell them that it was " Chulumanco Chaka" with so much confidence, like a person who is certain that nothing will be done even if I complain. I wish that something can be done about this as it was very disheartening to have that experience.in that kind of environment, no SOS shown even if my child is sick...only bad attitude and belittling comments were given to me by Chulumanco Caka. Poor service by Mariette, turnaround time not adhered to and she is extremely rude. We want to bury our brother and we went to Unistel for DNA test, and it was advised that the turnaround time is 3 business days. We still have not received the test results and we have our elderly family in C.T who have come from E.C to bury our brother this weekend. Unistel has cost us alot, even worse a lady by the name of Mariette has put salt in our wound because of her bad service. .
