Lack of Professionalism and Complete Disregard from PowerPlay Energy Drink Company
I am using this platform to bring out the unprofessional nature of Play energy drink company. A couple weeks ago I had gotten confirmation from a representative/employee of Play that Play would sponsor my council in Wits University for our exam day initiative aimed at promoting positive well-being for the upcoming final exams. We (my council) kept our end of the bargain by promoting Play to our students and giving them lots of recognition, we had influencers and the cheerleaders ready on the day to shoot promotion and brand awareness content for the company. However, on the day the employee and Play failed to respond to my multiple attempts to contact them as the promised sponsorship of Play energy drink cans was not met. It was extremely disappointing because I had to draft up many proposals for this sponsorship, got influencers and promoters (who ultimately wasted their time, and our students showed up in full voice and support only to be let down at the last minute. What's more disappointing is that to this day I have not received any communication from the company nor the employee (and the event was supposed to be on the 15th of October). Whilst, I understand that these cans were to be given for "free" essentially, thats not how you go about your business with other people. We had an agreement and we kept our end. I am not here to bash the drink (I personally have not tried any flavours), I am simply looking for clarification, maybe the employee I am speaking about does not work for Play (I doubt that is the case since their social media is full of Play related content and they themself have been to a few locations on Wits and were seen in person).

can Quality
Morning I am a huge Fan of Play a specialty of the Original one..but starting to have a dislike in it. it been a couple of cans now that just doest want to open up the Black seal Breaker keeps on Breaking before it opens up the Cans and causing a big hassle to open up .ending up to pearche the can with something Hope this email gets read and get some feedback and aspecial get this problem solved bought one this morning ended up chucking it away could not get the can to open Bought 01/07/2024 06;00 Batch Jun26BX6

Floating brown particles
Floating brown particles in the cans and drink. It's disgusting and shocking. I've never thrown out the drink before, so how many of this stuff have I consumed!!!! WASTE OF MONEY and HEALTH RISK

This energy drink did not do what I expected
I've tried many energy drinks as I usually stay up all night sometimes due to work or academic demands. Play gave me a headache. Maybe it was a bad day or something. Wasnt the experience I was looking for. Might give it another shot if this price is convincing enough this #BlackFriday

Disgusting Play energy drink
I am totally disgusted we purchased two tins of play from our local spar and when we opened them lucky we poured it out in to a glass as there was disgusting brown objects float around in the drink I am totally disgusted
