Pathetic (part 2)

<p> I ordered a parcel from the company on 6 December, and was informed on 12 December that it was delivered to their courier (First Freight). After waiting for 3 weeks, and following up with the courier, it seems they put their own address in the delivery field, so i never received my parcel...</p> <p>Their phone number on their website is not working, and I am unable to get a hold of any-one there.</p>
