Double-check and triple-check what will be covered before you signup with MedGap (Guardrisk). Their agent (TendaHealth) promised the moon and stars, yet they are not paying my medical accounts, because of exclusions that were not communicated... Guess its on me as well, as I shouldn't have believed the agent...
I would give a zero star if it were possible. Agents will lie to you, and promise the moon and the stars if you signup with MedGap via them... Push comes to shove you will be liable for the majority of your medical accounts... Conveniently they won't tell you about the limits and what will be covered etc. If you request a callback you better be willing to phone again, and again to speak to someone as the chances of the callback happening if extremely slim.
Exceptional service by Anel Scholtz and Lucinda, truly going above and beyond to find a vehicle that meets our list of requirements, and getting a good deal on the financing. They are true assets to the company, even more so in these times where we are forced (by a lot of providers) to accept service that is mediocre at best.
Can I give 0 stars? What a pathetic company. I don't understand why FNB uses them to deliver cards. My last two interactions were as follows: 1. I received numerous emails and sms' stating the courier will deliver my card between 08:00 and 10:00, yet he didn't show. I was called at 11:30 and told the driver was waiting for me...This after I moved a meeting from 09:00 to 11:00 so that I would be available when the courier (was supposed to) show up. 2. For the other card I received an sms stating the courier is "a few minutes away"... An hour and a half later I phoned them and asked what their definition of a few minutes are, and was told the agent will follow-up with the driver and get back to me...Like magic nothing happened. Two hours after the sms I phoned again, and was informed that the driver will call me when he arrives to deliver my card. Why am I getting these sms' if there is zero truth to them? Never ever will I use this company to send any package.
We were in the market for a new bed and visited a couple of shops before Black Friday to decide on which bed etc we would buy. On Wednesday (27 November) we visited the Bed Shop Roodepoort, where we received absolutely amazing service. We were asked what we were looking for in a bed, and shown a variety of beds that met our criteria. We selected a bed and paid (as their Black Friday special was already running), and left the shop at about 16:30, the bed was delivered the same day. This company and their employees really understand the meaning of customer service. PS. If it was possible to give more stars I would...
Used the website to book the accommodation for our honeymoon. Very good prices, and quick responses when enquiring about a venue. Exceptional cancellation policy on most accommodations (we cancelled one place 30 hours before book-in, and received a full refund). Friendly and knowledgable agents. I will definately recommend.

My investment property in Bloemfontein was managed by this company since I bought it. Service was quite good, until they lost some key personnel in 2015 and 2016...

Now there is:

1. Absolute no customer service,

2. No response on queries

3. No money being paid out (I wonder if someone is stealing it???)

Beware of ever doing business with this company, as you will lose money, and then still have to do your own management of your property.

PS. They are only getting 1 star, because I can't give them 0.

I ordered a parcel from the company on 6 December, and was informed on 12 December that it was delivered to their courier (First Freight). After waiting for 3 weeks, and following up with the courier, it seems they put their own address in the delivery field, so i never received my parcel...

Their phone number on their website is not working, and I am unable to get a hold of any-one there.

I have ordered a parcel from the company (publishers of "South African Real Estate Investment Magazine") on 6 December 2016. My order consisted of 2 items, the first item was delivered twice and trhe second (more expensive) was never delivered...so when I tried to follow up, the number on the parcel "Doesn't exist" and the number on the website (different one) goes unanswered.

I ordered a parcel online on 6 December 2016, and was informed that it had been delivered to First Freight on 12 December. on their website it states that it was loaded for delivery on 13 December 2016...all good and well, except that I am still waiting for it to be delivered and it is currently 3 January 2017...

I did not receive any phone call or email from the company to inform me of anything.

PS. Just recieved a call now, and they want to deliver to the company that I purchased my stuff from??? How incompetent can you be???
