Terrible service from Dries Maree at Tendahealth. He does the absolute minimum for his clients. Save yourself the headache and frustration and use someone else.

Just want to thank Dries at Tendahealth for his above and beyond assistance in helping us with our claims with Bonitas. Without him and his assistance we would not have been able to resolve our queries as soon and as easy as it did, especially after the passing of mu mum and him helping us with all the associated paperwork that comes with an extended hospitialisation. Thank You....

Just want to thank Dries at Tendahealth for his above and beyond assistance in helping us with our claims with Bonitas. Without him and his assistance we would not have been able to resolve our queries as soon and as easy as it did, especially after the passing of mu mum and him helping us with all the associated paperwork that comes with an extended hospitialisation. My 5 Star goes to Sonél Joubert! Always open to assist with any query no matter how big or small nothing she cant do! Sonel deserve an Incentive or bonus as she always goes the extra mile even if it is not in her work scope. Thank you so much Sonel, i really don't know how I will manage my medical aid without you!

really bad experience... i needed to cancel my medical aid and wanted to immediately move to another medical as i don't like the idea of not being covered so in other words i planed it so that i cancel my medical and as it ends the end of month i immediately start new. Tendahealth got in touch completed forms but did not hear back the finally got an answer their phones does not work so were gonna complete the next steps via mail (which i am fine actually prefer with like everything documented) but even with all the documents with all my personal information he still got even my bank wrong and could not give me an answer on the monthly amount just that it would be determined even though i chose an option with a fixed amount already. so needless to say i asked for the full deductible amount before any deductions can be made, never hear anything back again were in the middle of the next month already i have no medical aid and they were so unhelpful it is unbelievable. Never work with them!!

This has got to be the most poorly run business I've ever worked with. I signed up with Charl for a Bonitas medical aid and Sanlam gap cover. He was helpful. Then he disappeared and when I tried to cancel I got zero response, zero feedback and zero support. I have been trying to cancel with Tendahealth for 3 MONTHS now and finally got a hold of Bonitas and Sanlam to cancel instead. I then received a call yesterday from them to "review my needs"and when I mentioned I needed help cancelling, they hung up on me. This was the first time I had heard from them since I requested to cancel. Would not recommend. Ever.

We contacted Tendaonline regarding questions with Bonitas Boncap, and a gentlemen helped us very nice. When time came for application, application was send, a follow up was done and a week later still no feedback, i checked with Bonitas and they said nothing was received yet, They asked the gentlemen to contact us, He told me he has send me the application, i said yet, but the application wasnt for me, so he asked which email address it came from, this is now a week later, He replies to email, with two other documents needed, Once this was send, no feedback, He contacted the applicant and there was other issues, he needed the medical certificate in PDF, so this was also send, after having to follow up again the next day, he rep**** yes it was received and this is the last reply. On the 4th of Feb this would already be 2 weeks after sending this application, I am really not happy with the slow service of Tendaonline.

Tenda Health, as the supposed broker, has been equally unhelpful. There is no contact number to reach them, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues efficiently. When they finally responded via email almost a month later, I rep**** promptly, but now it has been over a week without any further response. Blaming the delay on the festive season holidays is unacceptable. People rely on your services year-round, especially for urgent matters like medical aid arrangements. This level of service is completely unprofessional and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using Tenda Health as their broker if timely support and effective communication are priorities for you.
