Poor customer services

I choose Powerflow because apparently they are the best. But customer service goes along way. I have worked with them previously with no trouble. It seems like small jobs are quick and easy. But the big jobs they struggle with. I installed a free flow, brance and perfomance filter with piping. The first interaction we had they said it would be ready in 4 hours. No communication from their side so i decided to phone. The bakkie was not ready. They said by 3 it should be done. We went there, still not finished. They asked if the bakkie can stay overnight. The next morning they let me know its ready. When i got there, the bakkie was still on the lift and problems occurred after installation. Now i have to wait untill they are done. I have a lot i still want to do with the bakkie but one thing i can tell you is Powerflow will never get my business again.
