I am so fed up of network providers not doing their job. Honestly!!! I took out a contract with Telkom in November. They were suppose to deliver my phone to the adress i signed for. Turns out someone else signed for the package and now the phone is MIA. First of all, if they did their job and checked the ID, it would not have gotten lost in the first place. Now its December and i was suppose to give the phone as a gift to my mom and still no answers where the phone is, if it will be replaced or anything. Just a back and forth between myself and thre courier company. After we reached the courier company they said we must sort it out with Telkom. Now Telkom says it must be sorted out with Oppo. I have been with telkom for a number of years without any problems but now when i upgrade or take out a contract i am definitely contemplating whether or not to keep them as my provider. Service is just terrible!!!
We went to incredible connection to buy a TV. The staff would help everyone else and kept us waiting. The sales person who initially helped us would run to the next person without assisting us to the end. Poor communication, terrible service and weak people skills.
Bought pamper wet cat food but all the packets inside of the box was outdated. This is very upsetting. I payed R119 expecting my cats to be fed for the week only to find out that the food makes them sick. Had to spent another R119 totally unnecessary but they had to be fed.
I had to certify a few documents today and can I just say how easy and quickly they got it done. Friendly staff and great experience.
I took out a alarm system and service with them. Wanted to cancel in the first couple of months because i had a faulty wire to one of the entrace of our door. It took forever to get hold of them and for them to actually fix it. When I wanted to cancel they said I must pay a large amount of money but online it says they have a 6 month money back guaranteed. I lost my phone and had to update my number. I sent them a email in December 2022 and stil to this date no one has contacted me. Now i am relocating to a place where they dont even have a security team and o told them they can take back te alarm without me paying a fee but no respone. I have contacted them in the end of July asking them to come remove the alarm because i have already moved. The owners wants to paint the house but they waiting for adt to remove the system. It is 15 days later and still no respone. If the service was good then i wouldnt want to cancel. But now because the service is up to **** i want to cancel but must still pay cancellation even tho they can keep their alarm system???? Pathetic service. Pathetic alarm. I will adive all my friends, family and colleagues AGAINST ADT.
Terrible terrible service. We went to Jacks Bagels in George 12h40 (20 min before closing time). They said we couldnt order bagels because it is to late. The name is Jacks BAGELS but there is no BAGELS. I dont even like bagels, but i wanted to give it a go today and it would have been our first time visiting them. Many people are talking about going to them to try their bagels, but now of it comes up in conversation i will definitely NOT refer them. Very disappointing!!
Was expecting fresh produce but then Bought g****s at pre cap pnp in George. It was over rype and had to throw the whole bakkie away. Very disappointing.
After calling many times and struggling to get my contract cancelled Thandiwe Msila got hold of me from Vodacom. This is the first consultant who actually followed through with the promises on call. She confirmed everything we spoked about on the call through sending me a email and even saved me from being debited again after complaining many times. You have made my day and I hope they give you a raise!! Very pleased.
