Rude small man at Powerflow Ottery

Went to powerflow Ottery, and there is a small man with small man syndrome, asking people if it's okay to call people a naier before talking to them. I think he's the manager. He's very short.

Not sure what type of people Powerflow employs? Who speaks to there customers like this?
