To whom this may concern, I have purchased the 5g ZTE device on a monthly contract under the sim number ********** and I am really disappointed with your sales department and overall service for the following reasons: 1. I was promised by the salesman that it is uncapped data (please check your calls), but when I signed up I realised that it is capped at 200gb. The uncapped data was one of the reasons I signed up for the device. 2. I use it for gaming, and the average ping is between 300-500ms even up to 1000ms before getting kicked offline, which makes all games unplayable. 3. On your website coverage checker, it says that there is NO home 5g coverage for my area on home internet (as per the attached), so why would you sell your customers this service for this area? I was out of town at the time I agreed to the purchase of the contract upgrade, and only recently got a chance to test this item. I have tested this router at different locations in the house with the same results after a speed test. The speed is under 1mb/s. I feel that this was quite an unfair sale, and would like to cancel this contract and take my business elsewhere. Went to powerflow Ottery, and there is a small man with small man syndrome, asking people if it's okay to call people a naier before talking to them. I think he's the manager. He's very short. Not sure what type of people Powerflow employs? Who speaks to there customers like this?
