Bad customer service..

I've been waiting for payment from them for 2 months and no one is bothering to contact me, instead when I call their office the only thing I hear is "they will convey the message or unfortunately Mr. Pranav is unavailable and he's the only one who makes payments". I've told differently that they payments are made between 25-30 of the month and other one says only on the 30th and the other says on Fridays.

And these attorneys I've referred to by Scorpion legal protection.
