1.Firstly, you will stay on hold forever when you call YMA and when finally got hold of them and you raise the concerns, they will tell you that they've got a high volume of calls but they don't do anything about it to improve as a professional company that deals with clients. 2. You will call them raising a serious concern regarding creditors that are threatening to repossess, YMA will send you an email saying that they will come back to you 3-5 day and that never happens. Their escalations are not attended to, to ensure they are concern about their clients. 3. You get calls from creditors saying that they've cancelled the contract because YMA does not talk to them, YMA will only tell you that they've called the creditors and you need not to worry but they are not interacting with the client and assuring clients. 4. They only use word of mouth and don't use email to communicate or feed back to clients formally. Its always : Kindy allow 3-5 business days for a response Kind Regards, Administration Consultant

I've been waiting for payment for 2 months from PRANAV JAGGAN ATTORNEYS of which I was referred to by my own scorpion legal protection and no one is bothering to contact me. I even escalated the matter to the manager of the one representing me, namely Cheryl Govender who will always allow Pranav to make me take a back sit instead of pushing them to action the matter urgently. Her manager is still doing the very same thing, I even told them that I will not tolerate a 3rd month again but I'm not getting any value still. The attorney from Pranav that was handling my matter has resigned I heard but on one is taking over now to push. I called Cheryl's manager and was told that she will contact me back but it doesn't happen. I always call in and they either not available or they will call me back but it never happens. Clearly this tells that some matters not important than others. Very much disappointed with Scorpion Legal protection...as I expected them to be number one in this field.

I've told differently that they payments are made between 25-30 of the month and other one says only on the 30th and the other says on Fridays. And these attorneys I've referred to by Scorpion legal protection.
It's not the first time I had taken a car insurance with Dotsure. My problem is that previously when I was insured, I had my own tracking device and Dotsure accepted me with no problems. Now I'm doing a quotation, I'm told that there is a tracking device contract included when taking insurance with Dotsure which is a 36 months contract. My question here is about the 36 months contract, why is it a contract? What happens when I decide to sell my car? do I still pay for the rest of the 36 months even if I don't have that car? I was told that even if I have my own tracking device installed in the car, I would have to put this one as well, why? I really think I shouldn't be forced into a contract because it doesn't even belong to Dotsure. Does this mean Dotsure would rather lose a client just because the client does not want to take the 3rd party device on contract? I'm really interested to make business with Dotsure but my problem is just one...
<p>I took a funeral cover for my father in law with Hollard and the first premium started to debit on my bank account on the 1st of February 2017. As far as I know, it should be six debits that cover for waiting period. On the 3rd of July my father in law passed away and I then sent through a claim to hollard on the 6th of July 2017 and it was rejected saying that the waiting period wasn't finished but the sixth debit was taken on the 1st of July 2017.</p> <p>I then went to the Hollard offices at 22 Oxford Rd, Parktown, Johannesburg, 2140 to inquire further on Friday the 7nth of July 2017 and I was told that I should write my complain on a piece of paper including my contact details and policy number. I did that and I was told that it is sent through and I will be contacted by a person from the complaints department who goes by the name of Berenice Padiachi.</p> <p>Since then no one has contacted me and I feel that I'm being treated wrong by Hollard because we struggle a lot with the funeral on the 8th of July 2017.</p>
