Staff being exploited

Good day I would like to bring to your attention the manner in which this company treats it's staff. They have been on numerous times this past year exploited their staff and have no sympathy towards the staff regarding family and health related issues they deal with. Currently certain staff members are working for the past 7 days straight a minimum of 9 sometimes 10 hours a day straight and are not willing to compensate them for the long and exhausting hours on duty. They are not getting a day off and I would like to know if there is anything that can be done to address these issues.
