Worse Service Ever, disrespectful owner

The worst service I have ever received. I took my hair in for Knot bleaching and they messed it up, and cut my lace all the way to the edge no one took accountability, I was being thrown from pillar to post, not to mention the owner herself, very disrespectful lady! I wonder how their business is even still running when they don’t know what customer service is, to date my hair was never fixed.

If you want your money’s worth, don’t use them.
