Worse Service Ever, disrespectful owner
The worst service I have ever received. I took my hair in for Knot bleaching and they messed it up, and cut my lace all the way to the edge no one took accountability, I was being thrown from pillar to post, not to mention the owner herself, very disrespectful lady! I wonder how their business is even still running when they don’t know what customer service is, to date my hair was never fixed. If you want your money’s worth, don’t use them.

The worst service I have ever received. bought hair from them and what is advertised and what you get is completely two different things, the hair doesn't even amount to two bundles it is soo weak , I have first sent them.pics before and They responded by saying sorry, secondly took other pics when I had the hair on and they basically told me to buy another bundle to make it fuller ..I think it's a a scan they do to put wigs on sale that are not full then get customers to buy extra bundles .. I'm really disappointed with my purchase with them, and the workers placed in different branches are slowly going to district the grand because the owner is the one advertising these wigs but when you lay a complaint they give the worst attitude ever and this purchase came from Durban branch

Terrible Hair
Terrible hair. I mean TERRIBLE. I sent the hair back, they promised a refund but after they received the hair they treated it and sent it back saying there is nothing wrong with the hair, they turned the whole thing on me saying I don’t know how to take care of human hair. They have a big following and they fool customers with promotions and they also have celebrities as their ambassadors. Be warned about this **** of a company. The owner is extremely rude, very unprofessional. If you want a headache buy hair from Precious. Worst purchase of my life.

Worst experience ever . I ordered my hair on the 6th of February wen they where having valentine's sale ,only to receive it on the 2nd of March...The hair it's ok but the worst closure ever ...its a nightmare..I was calling them ,them to confirm abt my hair, they simple would respond like it's a bad line and drop the phone...save your money and buy somewhere expensive that this **** company...she flexs on social media with pple money she scam them ...I was lucky I received it ...some pple they haven't even got their hair...and they delete bad comments on their page...WHAT A FAKE BOSS!!!

I took my hair that’s worth 4000 to get washed and treated it took them 5 days to get this done and even on the 5 day I got there and set for 45mins while they were finishing it up. On my way there bear in mind the managers asking me what my hair looks like is it long or short,so I’m asking myself how do they even know who is who exactly. I get there and my hair has been altered and damaged on the frontal. I’ve been there more then 8 times and it’s always excuses till today which is about 2 months now I haven’t gotten a response nor help when the lady final said she replace JUST my frontal closure she said she wants to take my one. I have to leave one I can’t take the new one and the one they damaged so now that’s the argument which means they did what they did to my closure so they can get my closure let alone how they stole some of my hair and then put it back together. When I went there the second time she called security for me and I sat there for about 4hrs unattended then she called her thug friends talking in her language which I don’t understand she then said if I don’t leave she will get her own security because Blue security wasn’t doing what she set the alarm off for.
