Terrible Hair
Terrible hair. I mean TERRIBLE. I sent the hair back, they promised a refund but after they received the hair they treated it and sent it back saying there is nothing wrong with the hair, they turned the whole thing on me saying I don’t know how to take care of human hair. They have a big following and they fool customers with promotions and they also have celebrities as their ambassadors. Be warned about this **** of a company. The owner is extremely rude, very unprofessional. If you want a headache buy hair from Precious. Worst purchase of my life.

Great quality hair
I have been disappointed by hair suppliers so many times but this time I think I chose the right supplier. The hair is quality, I am on my fifth purchase and everytime they delivered. The hair is great quality and you don't have to wait forever to receive your order. I'm a happy customer.

I called the service centre at 2pm to request a client's policy schedule, I sent the letter of authority soon after putting the phone down. At exactly 2:15 my client's documents were in my inbox. So impressed with the service I got today. Very Efficient.
