I took my hair that’s worth 4000 to get washed and treated it took them 5 days to get this done and even on the 5 day I got there and set for 45mins while they were finishing it up. On my way there bear in mind the managers asking me what my hair looks like is it long or short,so I’m asking myself how do they even know who is who exactly. I get there and my hair has been altered and damaged on the frontal. I’ve been there more then 8 times and it’s always excuses till today which is about 2 months now I haven’t gotten a response nor help when the lady final said she replace JUST my frontal closure she said she wants to take my one. I have to leave one I can’t take the new one and the one they damaged so now that’s the argument which means they did what they did to my closure so they can get my closure let alone how they stole some of my hair and then put it back together. When I went there the second time she called security for me and I sat there for about 4hrs unattended then she called her thug friends talking in her language which I don’t understand she then said if I don’t leave she will get her own security because Blue security wasn’t doing what she set the alarm off for.
