Absolutley disappointed with the contracts department , when I had called in I could barely hear the consultant on the phone there was a lady and a guy who were literally having a blast talking absolutely loud about personal stuff , yes once in a while you would hear the clapping probably celebrating a target reached but that was just no professional, it was as if I had called the sheebeen, I feel sorry for whoever sits next to them ,lack of prefessionalism.
To the gentleman whom I believe is one of the drivers in East London branch , absolute amazed by the great service received from him , actually FANTASTIC SERVICE, he called verifying the address and at times its very rare you get a call from the drivers, he was patience whilst i went to recheck the address and his friendliness was amazing his name is Quinton, this is the service we appreciate , apparently the company is also called COURIER IT
I guess its only fair to give credit where its due , Thank you so much to the ladies who works at Vodacom after sales department , professional ,friendly and assist in every way possible, Lerato and Angie , your service is absolutely amazing , I must say it hasn't been fruitful dealing with Vodacom , but you have just reminded me what if feels like receiving the best services , AND TO THE LADY THAT HELPED ME WITH MY SIM CARD , THANK YOU , it is just unfortunate that I have forgotten your name ,
Lately haven't been so happy about the service received from Vodacom, it has left a bad taste in my mouth as it has been horrible to the core spoke to a consultant who had the worst attitude over the phone , when I made follow up regarding my upgrade, HE ANSWERED THE PHONE ,HOWEVER CONTINUED TO HAVE A CHAT WITH AN EMPLOYEE ,and confidently told me that TEAM LEADERS are not allowed to come to the phones , and asked him to transfer me to someone els and he told me to dial the line for myself, we all get that call Centre is energetic, fun environment but I would suggest that when they celebrate reaching targets or whatever it is that makes you scream ,be considerate of customers on the lines its like one has called a tavern. however , last Friday I spoke to an amazing aftersales consultant by the name of Lerato and had to make a follow up and luckily found another lady by Angie , who remarkably great, I must say that the department that is caring the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FOR VODACOM IS THE AFTERSALES DEPARTMENT, and not forgetting the lady who assisted me with my Simard was so nice and friendly over the the phone, its just a pity that I had include the great consultants on this review

The worst service ever , absolute disgrace
Absolutely happy with my purchase it wasn't my first option but there was a factory fault with my first option but ohhhh my word , how the manager handled my issue was absolutely amazing ... I was upset a d frustrated but he kept me cool and helped resolved the matter , the service is quick and amazing and ohhh my word I'm so I love with my tabled Led lamp absolutely perfect for loadshedding season , thank you Carlo and the team for the amazing service received from Elevenpast cape town .. you guys are the best
EXCELLENT SERVICE
Went shopping at Foschini for few items my word I received absolute amazing service from two ladies in the make up cosmetics sections Nomonde and Mpumi , apparently called the Elizabeth Aden ladies very beautiful ladies , not only beautiful but very friendly and helpful, I felt the only valuable customer, These are the kind of people one needs foe excellent customer service , and I hope their superiors are aware that they have gained ASSETS with those ladies, keep up the good work.
The gentleman by Clayton was very professional , friendly and the stuff got delivered very quickly , thank you for your excellent service
