Terrible Hair

Terrible hair. I mean TERRIBLE. I sent the hair back, they promised a refund but after they received the hair they treated it and sent it back saying there is nothing wrong with the hair, they turned the whole thing on me saying I don’t know how to take care of human hair. They have a big following and they fool customers with promotions and they also have celebrities as their ambassadors. Be warned about this **** of a company. The owner is extremely rude, very unprofessional. If you want a headache buy hair from Precious. Worst purchase of my life.
