I took my new vehicle to Precision Repair Center after it was hit from the rear, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
The repairs took 43 days, which I understand can happen due to factors like the insurance process, assessor inspection and reports, the need to order original parts if your vehicle is still under warranty, back orders, and proper quality assurance testing. Despite this, my vehicle was completed ahead of the estimated completion date which was 6 Jan 2025. With repair processes often taking longer nowadays, it’s best to ensure your courtesy car hire covers at least 60 days. Delays in repair timelines are becoming more common.
Throughout the process, I received regular updates via Audatex, including the repair status and photos of my vehicle.
When I arrived, Santos, the owner, greeted me and took the time to explain every aspect of the repair work in detail, while patiently addressing all my questions. His expertise and transparency reassured me and it was clear that he cared about delivering the best possible result. The level of craftsmanship in the repair work was excellent. My car looks as good as new.
It is however unfortunate that some of the online reviews don’t reflect the outstanding quality and service I received.
