I took my new vehicle to Precision Repair Center after it was hit from the rear, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

The repairs took 43 days, and while I understand that some repairs may take longer than usual, it was still completed ahead of the estimated completion date (6 Jan 2025). Throughout the process, I received regular updates via Audatex, including the repair status and photos of my vehicle.

When I arrived, Santos, the owner, greeted me and took the time to explain every aspect of the repair work in detail, while patiently addressing all my questions and concerns. His expertise and transparency reassured me, and it was clear that he cared about delivering the best possible result. The level of craftsmanship in the repair work was excellent. My car looks as good as new.

It’s unfortunate that some of the online reviews are negative and do not reflect the outstanding service that I received.
