Aggrieved customer

Precision tow-in services guys stole my car's sound sub-woofer. I contacted Precision and they promised to refund me for the sound. They asked me for quotes for the sound, and I provided them with 3 quotes. However, since then, Precision hasn't refunded me, and they don't reply to my emails.
