Worst and most disrespectful drivers!
This is the second time these guys almost killed someone near to me with their absolute reckless driving and disgusting behavior!! Garsfontein and Rubenstein crossing came charging over when it was a four way stop scenario as traffic lights down. Worst behavior with absolute zero respect for fellow road users!! Shame on you!!

The worst service I have ever received
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Natasha is rude, answers no questions. They will over charge you! And Lie to you. If you see them please don’t allow to take your car. I am utterly shocked!!!

****ERS ****** ******ION DISHONEST!!! On the 26 Oct 2024 I had an accident in Pretoria coming from a funeral. The Precision Tow In guy arrived and ask if I had insurance I told him no. I asked him several times how much it will cost to tow the vehicle to my brother or father or jhb he kept on saying he doesn't know. He told me there workshop is not far from the accident location and still I insisted on knowing the price but he said they closed over the weekend but he doesn't think it will be much because the distance is close by. I was rattled and shaken couldn't even complete the form that he made me sign. Eventually when I got the quote it was R103k only for the front left side I refused and said I will collect my vehicle. They gave me the invoice I was shocked R14k. I wanted to know what is the R5500 for and why is the towing to Jhb less R2700 because I wanted a quote for that. They told me it's a flat rate doesn't matter the distance. Imagine if guy told me this I would have never towed my vehicle or at least tow it to my house in jhb rather for that price. The guy was misleading pretended to be helpful and letting me think the 10km distance to their workshop will be much cheaper. He was dishonest because for that flat rate he was suppose to take my vehicle to jhb instead but it's a trick don't fall for it. They want ur vehicle at their workshop to add additional charges if u don't want to fix ur vehicle from them. He also told me I will get the quote on Monday which I only received on Wednesday late afternoon because I kept calling. They gave me a bill for +-R14k to pay before they can release my vehicle. This is ******ion they hold ur vehicle ransom they ****** *****sters. I had to fight 2 days to get them to take the storage and security charges off because they refused to take the admin fees off. They kept on referring to the slip I signed. I told them I was not in the right state of mind and the tow driver had to know better then me by explaining the flat rate at the back of the slip it's standard info motion he must have know about but played dumb pretending not to know the prices when I asked him continuously. They a rip-off because those additional charges would never been added if my car was towed straight to jhb. Imagine paying R7475 for 10km and the same flat rate would have app**** if they towed my vehicle to jhb. How stupid can I be to not have taken the option to my house. These are ******* don't ever trust them chase them away when u see them coming to assist. The lady Natasha is rude and the tow driver Andre still insist he doesn't know the prices how the hell 🙄 the flat rate of R5500 excluding VAT is on the slip at the back he was lying and took advantage of the state I was in. They all ************* and Ali the manager will tell u he's giving u a discount when u fight the invoice don't fall for that its not a discount because ur vehicle were never to be towed to their worship it's a trick to add extra costs for storage security adm etc. Ur vehicle for the flat rate inlude any kms so best to tow it to ur home. To be safe don't ever use them let's make them famous and share this on all media platforms and report and complaints to be submitted to all bodies of state e.g. National Transport, Small Claims Court, Ombudsman etc. Look at all their bad reviews they all the same story take that as evidence and make a claim against them. If we don't stop them they will continue this behavior making money off people's pain.

Precision tow-in services guys stole my car's sound sub-woofer. I contacted Precision and they promised to refund me for the sound. They asked me for quotes for the sound, and I provided them with 3 quotes. However, since then, Precision hasn't refunded me, and they don't reply to my emails.

Please DO NOT use these guys to tow your car from an accident, wether you it can drive or not. They dont take your car to an assessment centre as they say, but rather to their storage yard in Pretoria west, and then hold you ransom of R10,000 (towed Sat and tried to collect Monday) to release the vehicle. Extremely rude to deal with and no regard to the basics of any legal process.

Mislead by Tow company
a guy by the name of Gavin mislead us into getting our car towed after an accident. He said that the insurance will cover at the scene of the crime but when we called him back he changed his story and we had to pay over R10 000 for the towing service and storage. it is so sad and frustrate how this tow companies lie just to make business. If you get involved in a car accident DO NOT ALLOW A TOW TRUCK TO TAKE YOUR CAR before you get confirmation from the insurance directly

Mislead by Tow company
a guy by the name of Gavin mislead us into getting our car towed after an accident. Grateful to Vuyo
I want to commend Vuyo (Mahlubi Vuyolwethu) for his assistance, professionalism and absolutely amazing service on 18 January 2023. I was in an accident on the N1 Highway and Vuyo was truly my guardian angel. There were 3 cars involved and I was quite shaken up and disoriented. I was also the only female amongst all the people on scene - the drivers and passengers involved in the accident, the tow truck drivers and the paramedics. That's not to say that anyone was behaving out of line but I do genuinely feel that Vuyo played a big role in keeping everyone calm and looking out for me and making me feel safe in a tense situation. He stayed by my side and guided me through the process of exchanging details, taking photos of drivers licenses and vehicle licences etc. He spoke directly with the other parties on scene and with the insurance company when they called me and also insisted that I get myself checked out by the paramedics. I am very grateful to Vuyo for being the person that got to me first after the accident and for looking after me on scene. He is truly an asset to Precision Tow-in Service.
