RECKLESS BUS DRIVER
Driver by the last name of Matlala, who drives the irizar bus 987, licence plate LT79XB GP is very reckless when driving this bus and never stops so that people can relieve themselves. We were traveling from Cape Town to Pretoria (03 Oct 2025) and he was driving recklessly and nearly took people lives. He was speeding at a curve on a very tall Hugo River Viaduct bridge before huegonot tunnel (N1 between Paarl and Worcester). He suddenly hit the brake and the bus nearly fell down on the left side of the bridge. The women and kids inside the bus screamed as they were very scared. After that the driver does not even apologize to people about what just happened. I am going to report this at the department of roads and safety. That driver is very unprofessional and risks people's lives and drives recklessly. Matlala's attitude and personality is very ugly.

Rude and clueless cashier by the name of (Seipati Ramahuma) who is at Food *****s Menlyn in Pretoria, Menlyn Mall. This cashier is very rude and unprofessional. While she was assisting me, she was chatting to her colleague about how she was swearing at another customer she had assisted before me. She proudly said the F word and other vulgar language. She laughed about it and the colleague was entertaining it. Most cashier's at this store are rude and running the show. I will never ever come back to support this business.

RUDE CASHIER AT SHOPRITE MIDDESTAD
Rude and clueless cashier by the name of (Innocentia Thandeka Khumalo) who is at Shoprite checkers in Pretoria, Middestad Mall. Most cashier's at this store are rude. Most of them are grumpy while assisting customers. It is as like they are doing us a favour by being next to the till.

RESTAURANT THAT SELLS ROTTEN FOOD!
I was sold rotten chicken wings that came with uncooked chips. I found this out when I was about to eat when I got home. The smell was unbearable! They tried to burn it to hide the smell. The chefs in that restaurant are clueless of what they are doing and what's worse is that they intentionally give customers rotten food. I am going to report this at the department of health.

Useless staff
Chicken Licken at 309 Sophie du Bruyn street, Pretoria Central is very useless. The staff there is rude and clueless at most times and the food is horrible.

VERY USELESS HOSPITAL AND STAFF!
The staff at Ward 22, Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Soweto are very useless. The ward is very dirty, smells very bad and the staff do not help the patients. The patient cupboards has dry fish bones from previous patients food. My Dad was recently admitted there and his phone was ****** while he was asleep. It is suspected that it maybe one of the staff members or a patient who stole it. Who in their right mind would ***** a phone from an old man who is sick? What is worse is that my Dad was not treated for what he was admitted for. When you call to find out when a patient is being discharged they are far from being clueless and keep you on hold while your airtime depletes. They won't get away with this, I am going to escalate and expose ward 22 to the department of health.
