Mislead by Tow company

a guy by the name of Gavin mislead us into getting our car towed after an accident. He said that the insurance will cover at the scene of the crime but when we called him back he changed his story and we had to pay over R10 000 for the towing service and storage. it is so sad and frustrate how this tow companies lie just to make business. If you get involved in a car accident DO NOT ALLOW A TOW TRUCK TO TAKE YOUR CAR before you get confirmation from the insurance directly
