My vehicle was rear ended by a truck on 28 May 2021.
Went through my insurer, Santam and was instructed to take the vehicle to Premier Bodyworks in Uitenhage. I was requested by Premier to bring the car in on 26 June 2021, as they were awaiting parts from Germany.
It is now 17 September 2021 and I still don't have my car back. When I enquired about the vehicle yesterday, I was told that the rear window will be fitted today. When Autoboys (the glass supplier) came to fit, did they realise it was the incorrect size.
It has now become a blame game between Santam, Premier bodyworks & Autoboys. Nobody wants to take responsibility but in the meantime I'm being inconvenienced and paying for a vehicle that I do not have.
I contacted VW customer service at 11:15am to ask for assistance or advice and also no feedback yet.
Where has customer service gone? Nobody is taking responsibility for this whole mess!!!
I am totally disgusted at the whole lot, from Santam, VW, Autoboys and not to mention Premier Bodyworks.
You guys must get your house in order and give service for what I pay for!!!!!
