I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding the manner in which my Santam claim is currently being handled. Unfortunately, I have not been receiving clear or consistent feedback, and the communication throughout this process has been inadequate. It is extremely frustrating that almost every day there appears to be a new request for additional information or documentation. This ongoing process, without proper explanation or structured communication, is causing unnecessary delays and uncer*****y. I have made every effort to cooperate fully and to provide all requested information promptly, yet there seems to be no clear progress or timeline towards finalisation. I would appreciate a detailed update on the status of my claim, including: The current stage of the claim process Any outstanding requirements (if applicable) A clear indication of what is still required to finalise the claim A realistic timeframe for completion At this stage, I expect improved communication and a more structured approach to resolving this matter. The current situation is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service one would expect. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Prime south Africa. Client . Their cleint allowed me to cliem as a 3party. The insurence request all the document as well as 3 qoutation. After 3 week the decline my cliem without valid answe. Premier delivers spoiled food to shoprite,when you buy food from the shoprite store you find it spoiled and now shoprite won't help me because they are not manufactures of food ,so now I don't now what to do my kids are suffering because of shoprite and Premier, I'm asking for helpπππ

I bought Manhattan sweets and found a stick in the sweet, then emailed their customer service on the 4th March 2024. I was assisted by Innocentia Mara, who later send the Aramex courier guys to collect sweets from me, then I sent an email to her telling her about what happened, then she called me after 3days offering me a voucher of R50 off valid for 90 days. I sent an email again on the third week of March complaining about their poor customer service,till this day in April these no response from them.I don't think they value their customers that much as I got a bed customer service from them.

My vehicle damaged on the 28 January 2023 , claim approved on the 14 February 2023 but my vehicle is not even started to repair.im calling PMD everyday but nothing on my favour.its been 2 months now .
