For the fact that they havent respond says alot about their business and their customer centricity to their customers. I work for Karcher South Africa and Hello Peter is one of our most important part of the business we look at daily and we insure we respond to our customers and make the problem rite. as for this brand all im seeing is bad reviews and clearly they dont care about after service.... useless if u ask me no one should invest in it no matter how cheap it may be

I bought 2 cellphones in July and within a month they started acting up, i returned both to Ackermans Clothing because i ts where i bought it. within a week again same problem the phone would rendamly switch off whiles using it, I returned the one and they replaced it with a new one now we never used it than yesterday we decided to use it because i decided to buy a samsung and keep that one as a back up just incase. when we took it out of the box tried to switch it one this dumb thing didnt switch on so we charged it thinking cause its new it might be that the battery is dead lol still nothing the phone is dead dead im so irritated and annoyed all i want is my money back because its a total waste of money this brand. Its nice and affordable but now i see why its so cheap cause its useless. All i want is my money back i cnt be doing up and down all the time for ****. than slip and box and all that **** is requested for what cause the phones info is all inside the phone itself.... CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a phone last and in three months time I took it in twice for repairs. Worse cellphone ever! I asked them for refund because I need the phone for work purposes. I contacted their company, but they referred me to their customer care,, which referred me to A ckermans customer care. They don't even deserve a star.

I'm extremely frustrated. On February 25th, 2025, I purchased a Premio TAB7.1 from Ackerman's South Gate. Now, from yesterday, it has stopped charging. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this brand—it clearly isn't durable. It's been less than a month, and now the store is telling me that if I bought it more than 14 days ago, I have to wait for it to be repaired. This is completely ridiculous.

I bought a premio tablet in May and the tablet stopped functioning. It just froze. It came back and was told it is physically damaged. Yet the customer service centre told me if the screen is not damaged it should be booked in for repairs. I have only had this tablet for 4 months or less and this is the feedback. What a horrible product. Sad thing is Ackerman's connect apparently gets a lot of returns of this brand yet they still lie to customers about the quality. This is so wrong and unacceptable. Will never recommend the product to no one. In fact to nothing. A R1000 for a tablet to only last not even half of the guarantee period !! All the bad words and negatives words to describe this product. It doesn't even deserve a star at All.

It takes many hours to charge and once full, it discharges the battery like running water. The speaker doesn't seem to work as when I used it people could not hear me properly. When you press any function to use, it takes so long to sense hence you end up pressing many times. I can say the timing of action and result is off. I came back in February and thought the 7 days one is allowed to return the phone is out for me. I decided to keep it far away from me and count the loss of R1099. Please, please DO NOT BUY THIIS PHONE. You will be wasting your precious money.

Bad....Bad... Phone, Battery life is ****ed up, does not last even 3 hours, If someone calls, the screen just become blank but rings, I cant respond. I regret buying this phone. Waste of money.

what a horrible phone i bought it a month ago for my daughter but now the sensor is not working...yooh its so frustrating xem they should inform us about the poor quality of the phone cause this is R1000 down the drain....am not happy with archamans xem they did me dirty
