For the fact that they havent respond says alot about their business and their customer centricity to their customers. I work for Karcher South Africa and Hello Peter is one of our most important part of the business we look at daily and we insure we respond to our customers and make the problem rite. as for this brand all im seeing is bad reviews and clearly they dont care about after service.... useless if u ask me no one should invest in it no matter how cheap it may be
I bought 2 cellphones in July and within a month they started acting up, i returned both to Ackermans Clothing because i ts where i bought it. within a week again same problem the phone would rendamly switch off whiles using it, I returned the one and they replaced it with a new one now we never used it than yesterday we decided to use it because i decided to buy a samsung and keep that one as a back up just incase. when we took it out of the box tried to switch it one this dumb thing didnt switch on so we charged it thinking cause its new it might be that the battery is dead lol still nothing the phone is dead dead im so irritated and annoyed all i want is my money back because its a total waste of money this brand. Its nice and affordable but now i see why its so cheap cause its useless. All i want is my money back i cnt be doing up and down all the time for ****. than slip and box and all that **** is requested for what cause the phones info is all inside the phone itself.... CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!!!!!
If only i knew the service was this bad i should have first came on to this page to see the reviews because o wow it is as bad as Eskom. and i fail to understand where Manelisa Mavusi and Johan Jordan is whiles this boat is busy sinking. I took out 2 combo deals for LTE @R399.00 per month. Im a new customer and the service is already bad with the new start, They like the reserve bank most of them work from home, management cant get hold of them, they take your numbers and never call you back. Now when my goods was delivered to me and i also still had to pay R300 for delivery there was one full package and the other only had the sim, Ive been calling to fix this problem with no hope what so ever. By now i spoke to over 50 staff members who gets paid a salary for free because they do not do what they suppose to be doing at all. I spoke to a Ovayo this morning and i honestly dnt knw how she got hired at that company because she is rude and useless she is one of the staff that will work this company into the ground, cares nothing about customers just her monthly salary. last week i spoke to Ncutukazi Kimbili i asked her for a manager again u cant speak to a manager she escalated my request "call back" to a manager called Carmon Lombard did Carmon ever call me back lol she never did....... i will not pay this bill until they fix the issue at hand, I work for Karcher one of the biggest brands in cleaning my MD has an open door policy to his staff and how a small company like mweb is so closed up is amazing that not even a manager can be reached how useless and disgusting is this company.
I still say DSTV is useless and i would like to know who the HR is there cause you guys are hiring the most incompetent staff ever... even never dealt with a company that has staff like DSTV. they can't even do the stupidest thing rite such as transferring a person to the correct department. i struggled from December to get fiber than 2 weeks back they delivered the rooter and now its standing like a vass in my house waiting on a stupid sim card im not sure if its coming from the moon or what. i called in now and again i tell the lady not to escalate nothing i need to speak to a manager does she not say she will not escalate me what she will do is send a mail to the department in question they will than call me back..... now with my knowledge in English is that not escalating my query. so they hire people who cnt speak proper English and also who can't transfer a stupid phone call. i will not waste my airtime anymore or my emails cause even your MD's PA is the same incompetent never responded to my email really is this business. i want to close my dstv account including my 4 extra views and my 2 daughters also wants to close their accounts we rather move over to netflix and show max. get fiber from vuma. come and collect your stupid rooter. the lady i spoke to just cut my call by putting me on hold ever since so u hire rude people also. I've seen it all no thank you this is **** by fare really.
i find it very stupid how they cant pick up signal in one street and in the next street they can and this is in the same area. If you say you want customers why is it that you cannot make plan to get the signal needed for potential customers that wants to use your service. i feel you guys are really not looking for new business because how come other service providers will go out looking for signal. do us a favor leave this whole fiber/wifi to companies thats good with it or pick up your socks. my mothers address is suzuki strees we cnt make use of your service my friend is petersen street a street away from my mums and she can make use of your service how stupid is that. hens again i say leave it or pick up your socks
Good Day, I am a very frustrated, irritated, annoyed customer that has been a customer to dstv for years now. Ihave been calling dstv since december only wanting fiber installed as if that is rocket science. Today hits the 19th and I still havent been helped with the first process of getting it installed. i call every day of my life just to be told by different agents that they have to escalate my request to that department and out of the 100 people i've been speaking to not one has gone the extra mile to make sure i get assistance forgetting we are the reason they still have jobs and can feed their family. I honestly believe everyone working for dstv needs to get fired because they don't respect their jobs. So many companies closed down during covid and now also with this loadshedding, a lot are sitting at home with no jobs praying for one and this agents, team leaders and managers at dstv does not. Ive been speaking to so many people and everytime i speak to a new agent no notes was made on the system from my previous call. Now i spoke to Asavela Sambu an agent now she gave me so much of attitude it wasn't even funny because she made me feel as if ill be getting the fiber for free she was not helpful at all she told me all managers are in a meeting but she gave my request of wanting to speak to a manager to Sumoney Isicks and she will call me back after her meeting. Did she call me back as a manager of dstv no she never did. Everyday when I call I get to be told that managers are in a meeting and i'm confused why they would be in meetings everyday if they can't even do a simple thing such as calling a customer back that has been calling in since December with no hope. Please advise me if your fiber is for free because now i'm getting that treatment from your stuff, I feel like im at a government hospital i'm getting **** treatment. than i spoke to lwazi Sibiya hes lost doesnt even know who his management team is, I was than transferred to Cyrel Fortain (manager in P.E) i had confidence that he will help seeing we were on a call for 35 min and remember with my airtime and promised to call me back today but still no call. I called again today and spoke to Lydia Anderson(Team leader P.E) . She tried to be nice but still couldn't assist me with my request. she advised that she can transfer me to the fiber department and i asked her why all along everyone has been telling me if you don't have a fiber account with dstv you can't speak to that department and i wanted to know why are they like the reserve bank come on, so she transferred me only to find that she was also wrong. the person i think should really get fired because she just made the situation worse by telling me that she doesnt really care if i mention her name in the mail im sending to the MD, Basically what is she telling me, **** u customer, **** the md and **** dstv that still pays her salary. she She was so upbrapt with me, no patients were so rude as if I called her department. Her name is Hope Mkhonza(JHB). I ask again if I am getting this fiber for free, do you really want customers because the way your team talks to customers is really really bad, and I honestly believe the reason why they behave like this is because dstv has no comparator. If you did , they would have gone to appreciate their jobs. Please let your HR start hiring proper agents. I know a lot of them that will do a wonderful job and that will make the customer drop the phone with a smile on their faces and that u call customer service. I will be putting this same information on all social media platforms if i dont get a call back by 15:h00 today and I'll cancel my dstv one customer to lose for a business is too much and also word of mouth is a huge thing . Maybe an open view is better. For the fact that I wasted so much time and energy with dstv, I would like my fiber instaled within 7 days from today and if I want to be so upset already, I would say 3 days but I will not be ugly. fire those people because clearly Mr Mawela they don't deserve or appreciate those jobs. There are millions complaining already about dstv starting to pull your house into order because it is a mess. and the day a comparator were to be created dstv will be in ****. I expect a response before the end of business today. today i still haven't received any call meaning even the MD PA shows no interest. I dnt think dstv wants customers
