Premio S86 phone is useless

Bought this in December 2023 from Ackerman Somerset Mall. I was traveling outside the country and needed a cheap good phone to use with the local Sim card out there. This phone is horrible. It takes many hours to charge and once full, it discharges the battery like running water. The speaker doesn't seem to work as when I used it people could not hear me properly. When you press any function to use, it takes so long to sense hence you end up pressing many times. I can say the timing of action and result is off. I came back in February and thought the 7 days one is allowed to return the phone is out for me. I decided to keep it far away from me and count the loss of R1099. Please, please DO NOT BUY THIIS PHONE. You will be wasting your precious money.
