Esun 3d pen
They are legit just there service isn't so good. I purchased the esun 3d pen from them and it wasn't working. I requested a return and they said that its my fault as I used the incorrect filament,but on their site it recommended pla and pcl which I used . Finally they agreed to return it after a lot of hassle. Now I am waiting for my money to come!! Advice please think carefully before buying from them

27 Sept 2021, 06:46Hi Nabiha, I am sorry for your bad experience with our company. As you rightly pointed out, the 3D details on our website incorrectly indicated that it can print with PLA. We have corrected this. I also apologise for the delay in the refund. I assure you that this is only due to the fact that the area you stay in is too far out of the CBD for our drivers and we had to make use of a third party to deliver and collect the pen. Although we haven't received the pen yet, our courier service has confirmed that they collected it already and the refund has been authorized. I have asked Jackie to send you the proof of payment.
