BAD ADMIN AND ZERO FEEDBACK. MONEY IS OWED TO ME
Overcharged. Promised refund. Sent the driver with cash. Short refund. So much admin but principally just wrong business practise. Two employees from sales and accounts promised to resolve by Monday. Today is Wednesday night. No contact no feedback. Spent a substantial amount with this company already but for this non existent service looking for a new, reliable, professional supplier.

Esun 3d pen
They are legit just there service isn't so good. I purchased the esun 3d pen from them and it wasn't working. I requested a return and they said that its my fault as I used the incorrect filament,but on their site it recommended pla and pcl which I used . Finally they agreed to return it after a lot of hassle. Now I am waiting for my money to come!! Advice please think carefully before buying from them

Esun 3d pen
They are legit just there service isn't so good. I purchased the esun 3d pen from them and it wasn't working. I requested a return and they said that its my fault as I used the incorrect filament,but on their site it recommended pla and pcl which I used . Finally they agreed to return it after a lot of hassle. Now I am waiting for my money to come!! Advice please think carefully before buying from them

Bad Service
I bought two 3D printers from the above company on the 28/04/2020 after confirmation via telephone call with Ros, she said there was definitely available and that all that needs to happen is payment. I did an immediate payment, and it was confirmed that payment and order was received. On Monday 04/05/2020, I got advised that they don't have any in stock and a refund will be made. After phoning and emailing Ros numerous times as the money had not reflected into my account, she kept advising that payment was made. I got fed up on 07/05/2020 and spoke to Annie in accounts department and she also advised payment was made and there could be a delay via their online merchant, whom I called as well. They advised me to call my bank and see if there are no delays there. My bank has no knowledge of this payment coming in. Why do I have to call and run around to get my refund when they did not do their jobs correctly? I have a business to run just as they, and now I am being delayed due to their incompetence and I just get told by everyone payment was refunded. Unpleasant experience, and I will not buy here again and will also advise my friends and family of this so they don't end up in the same predicam

Best Little Printer Shop in Port Elizabeth. Graham is a super star
<p>Situated @ 2 Deare Street Central. This is the greatest service I have had anywhere in PE - something that is very rare!!!</p> <p>I had a problem with my printer giving a false paper jam notice, took it to the shop and of course it worked.</p> <p>Came home still had paper jam mesage phoned Graham and 10 minutes later he was at my door?? Printer fixed, I am calm. Also have very reasonable price on cartridges printers and paper</p>
