App**** for a sim card on Standard Bank Connect and paid for it, two months ago. Nothing received. No response to emails. Phoning on roaming to follow up, you hold on for an hour with no answer then they cut you off. FOR TWO MONTHS. Really a waste of time. So disappointed.
Smacks of *****. The delivery date keeps changing on the online app. Ordered 06 October and now delivery is 21 October. Status changed arbitrarily to Collect. Courier fees were paid. Received 2 of 11 items part delivery. Makro online on the laptop and on the app on the phone show different information. No one knows what's going on there and what an awful customer experience. The manager is Andries Strydom. Resolving now means driving to the store in Strubens Valley and demanding to see him to get goods already paid for. Phoned the client centre 2x and they just push on the date of delivery.
The worst experience with MymoBiz new banking app. Cannot draw a Business Statement. Cannot pay a Beneficiary. We are forced to use this app and it is absolutely useless. Can't get hold of anyone at the bank to assist. They send you from this department to that department and then refer you back to the original department. Having a personal Business banker is meaningless.
We have a Prestige Portfolio Business Insurance with them in the Hospitality Industry. There were damages to our property in November 2024. Each week is a new excuse or reason why they can't pay the claim. It is resulting in our property not being repaired. Totally unreasonable to expect us to wait almost 5 months. Please never use them. They don't pay out.
Awaiting payments from Airbnb and keep going round and round in circles between Bidvest and Airbnb. Cannot speak to anyone at the Bank. So much airtime used. Have logged faults in verification and have two reference numbers. This is the 2nd complaint on HelloPeter. Bidvest said someone would get back to us but no one has. Can't get the SARB Mandate signed. System doesn't work and Airbnb payouts have been stalled since 16 December. AZA Finance keeps sending messages saying you must be registered as an entity. On 17 December we phoned Airbnb. They have checked everything is in order. Today Bidvest sent the same message. Now number 4 and said case closed. We can't pay our staff and hope they go to the CCMA. Also getting messages from AZA Finance from Kenya and Nairobi. An absolute disaster. Hosts beware. Can only conclude its a ****. Be careful.
Overcharged. Promised refund. Sent the driver with cash. Short refund. So much admin but principally just wrong business practise. Two employees from sales and accounts promised to resolve by Monday. Today is Wednesday night. No contact no feedback. Spent a substantial amount with this company already but for this non existent service looking for a new, reliable, professional supplier.
Good day. I am a Host of a Lodge. We have received a booking from your site. Sent three messages to the email address you provide over a week ago and you haven't responded. There is no contact number. You don't provide a Guest contact number. How will we know you will even pay us. Would prefer the Guest cancels now.
Beware. They phone you and say they are from Standard Bank and there is a debit order of R16000.00 submitted and do you know the company. Then they say that small monthly amounts of R29.00 have been debited monthly and do you know about it. They say they will reverse all debits and stop the debit order going through. Then they say the Standard Bank ***** department will phone you back in 20 minutes. Luckily other reviews on Hello Peter and Trucaller saved me from taking the second call. This is a ****. Be warned. No pin will be asked from you by Standard Bank.
Submitted a request for authorization and received a reference number. When requesting what has been authorized Denis call centre just drop the phone in your ear. So now you must visit a Dental Specialist and you will never know what they have authorized. Pathetic when Medical Aid costs around R20k a month for two members.
