I ordered prints from this company that were not completed on time, which I didn't make a fuss about, but when I received my order in the end, there were 2 items short. After inquiring about when I can expect these items, I was told that it will have to be a new order and that they don't print less than 20 items. I only need the 2 items from my original order, and not 20. I sent a message asking how this is possible as this was no fault of mine, but I am not getting any answers. Hoping we can resolve this sooner than later.
I bought two 3D printers from the above company on the 28/04/2020 after confirmation via telephone call with Ros, she said there was definitely available and that all that needs to happen is payment. I did an immediate payment, and it was confirmed that payment and order was received. On Monday 04/05/2020, I got advised that they don't have any in stock and a refund will be made. After phoning and emailing Ros numerous times as the money had not reflected into my account, she kept advising that payment was made. I got fed up on 07/05/2020 and spoke to Annie in accounts department and she also advised payment was made and there could be a delay via their online merchant, whom I called as well. They advised me to call my bank and see if there are no delays there. My bank has no knowledge of this payment coming in. Why do I have to call and run around to get my refund when they did not do their jobs correctly? I have a business to run just as they, and now I am being delayed due to their incompetence and I just get told by everyone payment was refunded. Unpleasant experience, and I will not buy here again and will also advise my friends and family of this so they don't end up in the same predicam
I have been struggling for almost 2 weeks to get my internet fixed. Before this, I even promoted this company when people were asking for service providers. I have been getting the run around. Even though technicians have been to my house, it looks like no one knows how to fix my problem or they don't want to tell me. I wish I could just find one person in this company that can tell me what is going on. I spoke to 9 different people today trying to find out what is going on, and was promised feedback. It is now 3 hours later and still no word. I have no idea what to do anymore. Highsite manager is forever unavailable to talk to me. So.... good service providers.... Unless you have a fault. I am so disappointed.
