Our geyser burst on 9 September 2022, and we called Cassie to help us urgently. He told us what to do to limit ceiling damage, and he replaced our geyser the same day with a new one. Our insurance company was full of requirements and delaying paying our claim out. Cassie helped us with a damage report as well as a professional industry Certificate of Compliance (COC) that the insurance company insist on to process our claim.
