Catalytic Converter thieving.
My experience with Preolan Arnagiri, a catalytic converter material dealer, according to his ads there is no cash paid on the turn. He wants to take away either the materials from inside your catalytic converter or the whole unit to "test" it, this leaves him with the advantage becuase once he leave with it, he does not pay you a cent, according to his ads he pays cash on the turn. He took my materials from inside my catalytic converter, does not answer my calls now and says on WhatsApp that my catalytic converter materials were burnt and worth R72, do yourself a favor and never deal an unprofessional person like this, call around to other catalytic converter dealers and you will see they will offer you much more as Preolan is also very good at low balling you.
