Thanks to 3 staff members

I would like to commend Lucas for his patience with me and for helping me change certain things on my accounts as I find often the email's I send to support are not always read properly and sent to the correct people and actioned quick enough BUT Lucas was amazing he spent 35 minutes on the phone with me and completely understood what I needed done and changed. I have 3 properties (one which has 4 meters) and each one is different). I would also like to mention that Reagan was also a great help and he understood like Lucas from the get go what I needed doing and actioned it. Thank you both so much for being on my wavelength and getting done what I needed to have done. Also just a quick mention about Anette who has also given me excellent service, She is on the ball.
