Prepaid24 has been withholding my payment despite me fulfilling every single documentation request they’ve thrown at me. Every time I provide what they ask for, the goalposts move. First they lock me out of my account and sent wrong log in credentials knowing it wont work!
The most alarming part? When I requested a manager’s email to resolve this, I was told 'No' due to the POPIA Act. Let’s be professional: using privacy legislation as a shield to hide management from a financial dispute is not only a gross misinterpretation of the law, it is a massive red flag for any consumer.
I am no longer asking for an update; I am demanding my funds. If you value your money and expect transparent communication, stay far away from this business. They are quick to take your payment but will hide behind debunked excuses when you request for a refund, And I have screenshots of our chat as evidence.
I expect proof of payment by the end of business today, or I will be escalating this to the relevant Ombudsman and consumer protection authorities immediately."
