Poor service from Presidential Hotline

I laid a complaint with presidential hotline on 7th November 2023, a complaint about my mistreatment and gross unfair abour practise grievances, including denial of qualified Maternity leave within the Department of Defence for the past 9 years. Also how the Ministers office of Defence had promised to assist me,then ghosted me without an explanation. Then eventually being fired via WhatsApp from the Department immediately with no gepf or compensation. I've been following up since to this day and they have not done anything, the presidential offices just keeps on telling me to keep on calling back after every week or either keep on elevating the matter, my reference number is 25964769
