Presidential hotline and gauteng roads and transport are ******

Hi i have placed a report regarding the gauteng roads and transport via the presidential hotline complaint department regarding a pothole claim around December 2021 because i done everything that the gauteng roads and transport asked me to do yet i was the one whos car got damaged but yet they still accused me of lying.Then thinking that tbe presidential hotline will help me but they are none the better until this day i never receive any good news from them.Yes they phoned and emailed me 2 weeks ago but nothing good has came up im the one who has repaired my car at my cost because the government *****ed me.
