Presidential hotline useless

If there was a minus 1 I’d give it because they say when you don’t get help the office will help you but it’s so useless. I’ve been calling about a complain between my Hr manager regarding my resignation leave credit and their taking me back and forth while I was being told my case is being investigated today a rude lady just said I must sort it out with my Hr they don’t deal with matter of Hr and I said but it’s department of health and she didn’t even want to hear what I thought the presidential office is for Useless hotline if you ask me
