We as citizens are honoured by the goverment for providing the hotline. Wht leaves great concern is the lack of feedback and communication. "The Presidential Hotline strives to be a model for responsive and accountable complaints systems.In my personal experience with th3 presidential hotline I was very disapointed because if all avenues are exausted ,doesnt it mean the hotline is a hotline if not the hotline to complain .The government needs to improve this system cos its the only line between government and the ordinary citizen
