Ugo L.A. from Presidential Realty is an outstanding realtor. He helped my wife and me purchase a property for ROI and introduced us to corporate rentals, which now covers our bond and generates extra monthly income. His professionalism in managing our property for the past two years has been impressive. We even referred him to my wife’s brother, who is equally satisfied with Ugo's friendly and expert service. Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend! Great service
Had a great very exceptional experience working with Joey Toomar. Super friendly, always on top of things, attends to what needs attention promptly and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. You can tell she really cares about her clients, sense of urgency and knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with property!

Presidential Realty CEO Ugo owes money since July 2024
Presidential Realty let my unit in Sandton, took the rental money the tenant paid, but did not pay it over to me. They owe me an amount of R47 500 since last year July 2024. The CEO, Ugo, has made many empty promises to pay - he is just stringing me along. He has kept R47 500 that he owes and refuses to pay.

Presidential Realty CEO Ugo owes money since July 2024

Their ********* practices have led to the loss of my parents' life savings and the near-destruction of my mother's mental health. Ugo LA's *****ulent schemes are nothing short of predatory. He lures unsuspecting victims with promises of luxury properties, only to deliver lies and empty promises. The exorbitant fees he demands for transfer processes are a blatant attempt to exploit the vulnerable. The emotional toll this ordeal has taken on my family is immeasurable. My mother's descent into severe depression, culminating in multiple suicide attempts, is a direct consequence of Ugo LA's heartless actions. Despite being informed of her tragic situation, he remains indifferent, flaunting his ill-gotten gains on social media. I urge anyone who has been victimized by Ugo LA and his *****ulent business practices to come forward. Together, we can expose his ******** activities and seek justice for the countless individuals he has wronged. Do not trust Ugo LA or Presidential Realtor/Realty.
