Ugo LA's Presidential Realtor/Realty: A Nightmare of Deception and Heartbreak Ugo LA and his Presidential Realtor/Realty have inflicted immense pain and suffering upon my family. Their ********* practices have led to the loss of my parents' life savings and the near-destruction of my mother's mental health. Ugo LA's *****ulent schemes are nothing short of predatory. He lures unsuspecting victims with promises of luxury properties, only to deliver lies and empty promises. The exorbitant fees he demands for transfer processes are a blatant attempt to exploit the vulnerable. The emotional toll this ordeal has taken on my family is immeasurable. My mother's descent into severe depression, culminating in multiple suicide attempts, is a direct consequence of Ugo LA's heartless actions. Despite being informed of her tragic situation, he remains indifferent, flaunting his ill-gotten gains on social media. I urge anyone who has been victimized by Ugo LA and his *****ulent business practices to come forward. Together, we can expose his ******** activities and seek justice for the countless individuals he has wronged. Do not trust Ugo LA or Presidential Realtor/Realty. They are a blight on the real estate industry, and their actions have caused irreparable damage to my family.

ECO ESSENTIALS ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
SCAM ALERT!!!! I ordered products on 12 August. To date I have not received anything. Their number does not work. A robot responds to emails. You will be given a 4 digit tracking number with no courier service. You will never receive any products. It's a scam!!! Do not fall for Eco Essentials like I did!!!

Dream Holiday Booked via Booking.com Turned Into A Nightmare!
A dream destination 5th birthday celebration turned out to be a nightmare! When we arrived, Desire went through her house rules with us for 5 times! One of her rules was that we had to be settled by 21h30 - imposing a bed time for adults. False advertising! The property IS NOT BY THE BEACH! The property is near the beach and not situated where Desiree Groos stated. The property is far below acceptable standards. We were not offered blankets and literally froze at night and had to continuously beg for warmth. Only one blanket was thrown into our faces. Asking for an extra blanket would be our worst mistake. Desire Groos reported that the blanket(s) were missing and withheld a further R2000 deposit refund. We were treated like rabid dirty dogs and were constantly reminded not to steal towels. The property is near a very unsafe area with drunkards and drug addicts. Desire's utterances were that we should not go off to the corner were there are people like us (black) and bring 15 people to her house and have a party. This comment was offensive and not necessary. The WiFi was switched on and off. It was so frustrating we resorted to alternative means of entertainment. Several guests have logged this complaint on their review on the property on Booking.com I was accused of stealing a teas**** and a table knife (lol)! When we walked into the units no inventory list was shared with us but as we left Desire Groos counted the cutlery and demanded that i return the teas**** that i had stolen or else she would be keeping R1000 deposit. A previous guest in her Booking.com also mentions how Desire demanded R100 for a placemat! The deposit that we were charged with is not the same as the deposit on Booking.com . We were charged double the deposit because Desiree Groos had mentioned she has difficulty with black people in the past! Desire Groos lied that we had requested for cleaning and never paid for it. Yet I have an email and a WhatsApp message to support cleaning was for a single room on one day. Desire told us her property's policy was not to provide cleaning on a public holiday or weekend. On the same day that the room was cleaned, my Michael Kors watch and Davidhoff Cool Waters perfume was also stolen from the room. Payments to the property were made in advance on a monthly basis. On couple of months i received payment demands from Desire regardless already having paid. Desiree Groos would also claim that she had not received payments. Every single proof of payment available was sent to Desiree Groos but when we arrived at the property we were told we had not paid and had to make an extra payment. Racial slurs were thrown at us every time Desiree Groos decided it was in our best interests to be told what previous black tenants had done. We were not spared of every story of how terrible and disgusting black people had behaved at her property. Desire would fly into a fit of rage when asked for clarity or for an explanation. We were gripped in fear as we had young children and we did not want our children exposed to what she would possible do. My son was miserable and wept bitterly every time Desiree insulted us - unprovoked. It was her "house and she could do or say the f*#k she wants". I had communicated 3 times via WhatsApp to Desire on the guest list yet on arrival she decided to charge us for a 2 year olds stay. We had travelled to Ballitto to celebrate my son's 5th birthday. What was meant to be a wonderful weekend surrounded by family and friends turned out to be our worst nighmare. My son's birthday ruined! Desiree arrived at the property at 10h00 sharp and began screaming "get the f*#k off my property before i call security". What triggered this was both me and my friend were trying to feed our children before leaving. The owner of the property, Desire Groos marked us as a no show on Booking.com on purpose because we had told her we would report her behaviour and how she ill treated us. We were marked as a no show so that we would be unable to rate our stay and so that Desire Groos would not have to pay Booking.com commission for our stay. Desire Groos should NEVER be with Bookings.com I recorded all Desire Groos' behaviour. I know for sure Desire Gross and her husband also have a recording of a phone call made to us on Saturday 16 December. My son's actual birthday. My son had to start off one of the most important milestones in life in tears. I have voice recordings, WhatsApp messages, photographs and video recordings to support all the above.
