Prestige Metering Services's replyOfficial
13 Mar 2025, 09:01 As a regulated company, Prestige adheres to NERSA and City Council by-laws, which include strict responsibilities and credit control actions. To avoid cash flow issues for the Body Corporate and potential service interruptions for ALL residents, we must recover invoiced consumption on time from the consumers. We send multiple communications about overdue accounts, arrears warnings, and scheduled disconnection dates. Penalty fees apply when credit control actions are taken, and electricity services can be terminated if balances for other utility services (e.g., water & sanitation) at the same premises are outstanding. To avoid penalties and service interruptions, please ensure timely payment of your monthly balance. If you are unsure about the balance due, kindly reach out to our office via phone or email.
Best regards,
